Below is my (now not so) new comment form, made in php. It consists of two files, the header and the body, both of which may be require/included from within another php file, with relevant variables set. After you post, you may delete your post as long as you remain in the session. Otherwise deletion is only possible with the password. Thus you may not delete other's posts (unless you know the admin password). The form has supports multiple pages, how many comments per page is one of the session variables you can set from the file which 'require's the comment form. Multiple comment boards are possible by changing another variable, yet they are stored in a single table, in a single database, with a tag to denote the board. The style is managed by classes which begin "commentForm" so that they do not interfere with other styles. The code is all valid XHTML 1.0 and valid CSS.
